Regular A/C preventive maintenance is the best way to ensure peak performance. In order to ensure the highest quality in heating and air conditioning, John’s A/C offers to all Residential and Commercial Customer’s Preventive Maintenance (PM) Agreements. The PM Agreement will entitle you to 2 maintenance visits a year to ensure your A/C unit is ready for the summer heat and winter's cool days. We will check the: * Thermostat * Air Filter * Condenser * Compressor * Drain pan ...AND MORE! Getting your equipment tuned up and ready for the hot days ahead with AC preventative maintenance is imperative not only for your comfort and peace of mind, but also for the reliability and longevity of your system.
